27 Miss. Code. R. 210-57-101 - Authority for disclosure of information
Miss. Code Ann. ยง 25-11-119(3)(1972, as amended) provides that the System shall not disclose the name, address, or contents of any individual member records without the prior written consent of the individual to whom the record pertains, except to the member's current or former employer as authorized by regulations of the board.
