28 Miss. Code. R. § 1-01-16 - DEMURRAGE
The term "demurrage", as used in this Tariff, applies to a charge assessed against cargo which exceeds the free time allowance for space assignment. (See General Rules and Regulations and Cargo Section of this Tariff)
