The Port shall provide notice as required by law, including
but not limited to Miss. Code Ann. §
25-41-13. The
Port shall not be required to provide advance notice of teleconference or video
meetings continued to address an emergency as provided in Mississippi Code
Annotated §
25-41-5(5)
or to include the agenda of a Meeting conducted by teleconference or video
means for which proper notice was already given and the purpose of the
continued meeting is set during the meeting prior to
adjournment.
