28 Miss. Code. R. 301-16.6 - Application for Permit
Application for a permit shall be made to the Port Authority and shall be accompanied by such information as may be required to assure compliance with all appropriate laws and regulations of the City of Gulfport Sign Ordinance including, but not limited to:
A. Name and address of owner of the
sign;
B. Name and address of owner
or the person in possession of the premises where the sign is located or to be
located;
C. Clear and legible
drawings with descriptions and normal dimensions, showing location of the sign
which is the subject of the permit and all other existing signs whose
construction requires permits, when such signs are on the same
premises;
D. If required by the
City of Gulfport Sign Ordinance, an approved permit from the City of Gulfport
issued in accordance with the City's sign ordinance; and
E. Application for permit shall be filed with
the Deputy Director of Engineering, Mississippi State Port Authority at
Gulfport, together with a permit fee of $50.00.
