28 Miss. Code. R. 301-24.10 - Requesting the Assistance of U.S. Border Patrol
Port Security Supervisory Officers may request the assistance of the U.S. Border Patrol under the following circumstances:
A. A known foreign seaman departing the Port
known not to have U.S. Immigration Documents on his/her person
B. A previously identified quarantined seaman
