A.
Reporting Unauthorized Use of
License. All MSPA employees suspecting the unauthorized activity of a
ship chandler are responsible to report said activity to the Chief of
Security/Security Watch Supervisor for Investigation/resolution.
B.
Implementation. The Captain
of Security/MSPA Port Operations is responsible for implementing the provisions
of this instruction.
