A. This section is not intended to create a
contract between the MSPA and its employees and does not hinder MSPA's right to
terminate an employee, without notice, for a good reason, a bad reason, or no
reason at all.
B. All employees are
expected to be aware of and to comply with all Port Authority guidelines and
policies. Employees shall conduct themselves in accordance with the following
guidelines:
