28 Miss. Code. R. 305-6.3 - Examples of conduct that can result in a WARNING for the first offense
A. Unsatisfactory
attendance or tardiness.
B. Use of
abusive, profane or obscene language.
C. Unauthorized absence from work
area.
D. Failure to inform
supervisor promptly upon completion of assigned job.
E. Conviction of a moving traffic violation
while operating MSPA equipment or vehicles.
F. Conviction of a moving traffic violation
while operation a private vehicle within MSPA premises.
G. Unauthorized use, abuse or taking of MSPA
equipment, property or records.
H.
Conduct or appearance that is unbecoming for an employee of MSPA which could be
considered an adverse reflection on MSPA.
I. Negligence or carelessness of such a
degree or recurrence as to increase the financial liability of MSPA.
J. Telling ethnic jokes and using ethnic
slurs or phrases that are offensive to fellow employees and members of ethnic
communities.
K. Poor work
performance.
L. Failure to work in
harmony with other employees.
