29 Miss. Code. R. 201-2.4 - Record of Parole Board Decisions
A.
The Board shall maintain, in minute book form, a copy of each of its official
actions with the reasons therefor.
B. The Board shall keep record of its acts
and shall notify each institution of its decisions relating to the persons who
are or have been confined therein.
