3 Miss. Code. R. 1-04-400 - Repayment of Award
1. The Office of
the Attorney General shall have a right to commence a civil action for the
recovery of overpayment of compensation awards pursuant to Section
99-41-27(3)
of the Mississippi Code, as amended.
2. The defendant as in ยง 400 (1) shall
be responsible for the fees, court costs, and other expenses of
litigation.
