3 Miss. Code. R. 5-01-100 - Purpose
The Office of the Attorney General is authorized to establish a program to fund victim service providers that offer shelter, counseling, medical needs, transitional housing and other related services to victims of human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation at no charge to the victim. The program shall be funded from monies in the "Victims of Human Trafficking and Commercial Sexual Exploitation Fund." [Miss. Code Ann. ยง 97-3-54.10]
