Rule 1.1. The use of the title of certified
public accountant (including any letters, abbreviations or words indicating
such title) is restricted to persons who are licensed as referenced in ยง
73-33-1 and have not had their
licenses and/or registration of such license suspended, revoked, or
canceled.
