30 Miss. Code. R. 1-6.8 - Competence
A CPA or firm permit holder shall not undertake any engagement which he or the firm cannot reasonably expect to complete with professional competence and due professional care, including compliance, where applicable withs Rules 6.9., 6.10., and 6.11. of these Rules and Regulations relating to auditing standards, accounting principles, and other professional standards.
