30 Miss. Code. R. 1101-2.9 - Reconsideration of Action on an Application
A.
Reconsideration request - An applicant may request
reconsideration of a denial of application if the request is based on
additional information and/or evidence which could affect the Board's
decision.
B.
Time limit for
reconsideration - A reconsideration request must be made within thirty
(30) calendar days after notice of denial has been mailed.
C.
Personal appearance before the
Board - An applicant may file a written request to appear before the
Board to support the presentation of the additional information and/or
evidence. Such additional information or evidence must be filed at the Board
office at least ten (10) calendar days before the scheduled date of
appearance.
