A sales person that has not been previously licensed in our state in the last year will have to have a background check. And administrative fee of $40.00 to conduct the background check must be received for each name submitted as part of the staffed event sale company's on-site personnel. This fee is in addition to the regular licensing fee of $10.00 per salesperson that is needed to issue license for the sales event.
