30 Miss. Code. R. 1301-2.9 - Statement of Compensation
There shall be incorporated in all statements of compensation required to be filed under the provisions of Rule 2.7 or this rule:
a. The time allowances arrived
under the provisions of subsection one of this Rule 2.8; and
b. The method of arriving at an hourly labor
rate to be used in computing the amount to be paid dealers for their work and
services in connection with the performance of their delivery and preparation
obligations.
