The following fees are set by the Commission in accordance with Section 73-35-17:

A. Application and one year's use of license:

B. Application for license as a real estate broker issued for partnership, association, or corporation and one year's use of license:
(1) Partnership, association or corporation......................................................................	$ 75.00
(2) Branch Office.............................................................	$ 50.00
C. Renewal fees for two-year period (Maximum):
(1) Broker (individual).....................................................	$150.00
(2) Broker (partnership, association, corporation)..........................................	$150.00
(3) Salesperson.........................................	$120.00
