30 Miss. Code. R. 201-6.3 - Policy and Administration
In regard to continuing education, the Board shall have the following duties:
A. to exercise
general supervisory authority over the administration of these rules; and
B. to establish regulations
consistent with these rules; and
C.
to organize sub-committees and delegate executive authority.
