30 Miss. Code. R. 203-1.5 - Use of Title

Any person who is represented as a certified interior designer in this state, by use of words, titles, letters or abbreviations, shall provide disclosure or a disclaimer as to the absence of certification if the person is not certified by the State of Mississippi.
