A. The IDAC is
located at 2 Professional Parkway #2B, Ridgeland, MS 39157. The IDAC's
telephone number is 601-856-4652. The IDAC's website address is
www.msboa.ms.gov.
B. The public may obtain a description of the
IDAC organization and their general course and method of operation from the
Rules and Regulations of the IDAC and by reviewing Miss. Code
Ann.
§73-73-1 et seq.
C. The IDAC's rules and regulations are on
file with the Mississippi Secretary of State, and may also be viewed on the
IDAC's website, or a copy may be obtained by submitting a written request to
the IDAC.
