30 Miss. Code. R. 2302-1.8 - PRE-HEARING MOTIONS
1. All pre-hearing
motions shall be filed not later than fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled
hearing. Said motion shall include an explanation of the grounds on which
relief is sought. A motion may be accompanied by an affidavit as necessary to
establish facts alleged in support of the motion.
2. Within ten (10) days of the filing of any
motion, opposing counsel may file a response in opposition to the initial
motion.
