Special meetings of the Board may be called by the Chair at anytime. Special meetings may also be called upon the written request of four (4) members, which request must specify the purpose of the meeting, and the Chair then shall call such a meeting. The Board shall cause notice of such special meeting to be given in a time and manner consistent with state law.
