30 Miss. Code. R. 2401-5.4

All resident trainees registered as provided herein shall be required to report to the Board quarterly upon forms provided by the Board, showing the required work which has been completed during the past three (3) months. The data contained in said report shall be certified as to accuracy by the person licensed for the practice of funeral service or funeral directing under whom the trainee has served during such period, the owner of the licensed funeral establishment, and the trainee.
