30 Miss. Code. R. 2401-5.6
The Board may, in its discretion, allow a resident trainee credit under a registration for the time actually served under a previous registration in this state; provided, that if that the previous registration has been suspended or revoked for cause, not more than seventy-five percent (75¢) of the time previously served shall be credited on the registration.
