Funeral providers shall make all disclosures required by the rules of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and shall provide accurate and up-to-date information on price lists for funeral goods and services offered. Copies of the price lists used by the funeral establishment or funeral provider must be on file with the Board before the list is used.
