The above rules pertaining to the practice of physician assistants shall become effective September 1, 2000; as amended September 16, 2004; as amended May 19, 2005; as amended March 8, 2007; as amended May 17, 2007; as amended July 10, 2008; as amended May 18, 2012; as amended July 10, 2014; and as amended March 15, 2017.
