30 Miss. Code. R. 2860-6.3 - Loss of License, Temporary Permit, or Certification Card
A. The CCHT shall report any lost or stolen
license, temporary permit, or certification card with complete identifying
information.
B. Upon receipt of
information surrounding the loss or theft of the license, temporary permit, or
certification card and receipt of required fee, the board will issue a
duplicate document.
