30 Miss. Code. R. 2865-3.9 - Plan of Compliance

A. A Plan of Compliance may be submitted to the Board in a format selected by the college (narrative, spreadsheet, etc.). The Corrective Action Plan must include the following:

(1) state the noncompliant criterion sited;

(2) provide a sufficient remedy for each noncompliant criterion detailing a description of the corrective action to be taken; and

(3) provide supporting documentation. A timeframe for the implementation of the correction action would be helpful, but not a requirement.
