30 Miss. Code. R. 2901-5.4 - Reinstatement
Any practitioner whose license to practice has been suspended, revoked, or restricted may apply to the Board within a year unless an order from the Board says otherwise. In considering the reinstatement, the Board shall consider all factors it deems relevant, including, but not limited to, payment of applicable fees, proof of rehabilitation, and current passing scores on the Mississippi Rules & Regulations/Law examination.
