30 Miss. Code. R. 3201-15.1 - AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES
The Board may, on its own motion, and passed by a majority of the members of the Board when a quorum is present, amend any rule or regulation of the Board. Such an amendment will take effect upon compliance with the Administrative Procedures Act of the State of Mississippi.
