30 Miss. Code. R. 3201-9.3 - ORAL EXAMINATION OF APPLICANTS LICENSED IN OTHER JURISDICTIONS
The Board requires all applicants licensed in other jurisdiction to meet the EPPP requirements described in Chapter 5 Rules 5.1 and 5.2, the educational requirements described in Chapter 4, Rule 4.4 and the oral exam as described in Chapter 5, Rules 5.7 and 5.8, except as exempted above, and according to Miss Code Ann § 73-31-15.
