30 Miss. Code. R. 3301-3.1 - General Requirements
A. An application
for a license as a behavior analyst or assistant behavior analyst shall be
submitted to the Board at its principal office at 401 Mississippi Street,
Jackson, Mississippi 39203, on an application form provided by the
Board.
B. Every application shall
be typed or written in ink, signed under the penalty of perjury, and
accompanied by the appropriate fee and by such evidence, statements, or
documents as therein required.
C.
Approved applications and all documents filed in support thereof shall be
retained by the Board.
D. Licenses
issues under these regulations shall expire and become invalid at midnight of
the expiration date.
