30 Miss. Code. R. 901-1.16 - Notice of Meeting
1. The last item of
business at each meeting will be to agree upon and schedule the dates and place
of the next meeting. The Executive Director shall furnish written notice of any
meeting to the media.
2. A call for
a special meeting under emergency conditions may be issued by email or
telephone by the Executive Director.
