30 Miss. Code. R. 901-3.2 - Acceptance of Applications
1. Withholding of
information, misrepresentations, or untrue statements will be cause for denial
of an application.
2. Persons who
have been previously disciplined by the Board shall appear before the Board and
show cause why they should be accepted as an applicant for licensure or
enrollment.
3. No person shall be
eligible for licensure or enrollment who is not of good character and
reputation.
