31 Miss. Code. R. 1-2.10 - Driver Education Students
1. It shall be the
responsibility of the District Supervisor to go to the approved schools to
administer the learner's permit test to the driver education
students.
2. A driver education
class should have a minimum of twenty (20) students before tests are given at a
school.
3. If a school is not
listed on the approved list, check with the Driver Services Bureau Director's
office to see if approval had been given after the approved list was
issued.
4. If a driver education
student lives out-of-state, but attends a Mississippi school, write in RED ink
on the application and learner's permit. DO NOT ISSUE MISSISSIPPI DRIVER
LICENSE without a Mississippi state address.
