31 Miss. Code. R. 2-10.4 - Violation of Registration
1. If an offender
required to register under the provisions of Miss. Code Ann.
§
97-35-27
violates any of the provisions of the law, he/she is guilty of a misdemeanor
and shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding three
(3) months or a fine not exceeding $100.00, or both.
2. The information, photographs, and
fingerprints required in this section will not be open to inspection by the
public or by any person other than a law enforcement officer unless otherwise
provided by law.
