31 Miss. Code. R. 301-13.2 - Policy
1. All persons instructing law enforcement
officers in Board-approved training courses of four hours or less must be
qualified as determined by the academy director. All persons instructing more
than four hours in a Board-approved training course must be certified as an
instructor by the Board on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and
Training.
