32 Miss. Code. R. 10-10-10.4 - Fee Schedule

Federal cost principles require that costs for purchased VR services be allowable, reasonable, allocable to the program, and be relative to the benefit received. In keeping with these principles, OVR/OVRB has an established Fee Schedule to ensure the most cost effective use of federal funding and a statewide consistency of client service purchases. The Fee Schedule represents the "maximum allowable fee" for medical services, equipment, supplies, and the like. Rates of payment for services provided in agency-operated facilities shall be determined by MDRS's facility cost reporting system.
