33 Miss. Code. R. 203-5.11 - Implied consent to search of vehicles
(a) By bringing
a vehicle on the Reservoir Project Area for the purpose of hunting the
properties as defined herein, the driver has consented to search of the
vehicle, entering, exiting or located in a hunting environment, for compliance
with these regulations and the regulations of the MDWFP.
