33 Miss. Code. R. 212-3.4 - Selecting the Appropriate Backflow Preventer
It shall be the responsibility of the District, acting through its employee or agent, to determine the type of backflow preventer required at each cross connection and the location the backflow preventer will be installed. The type backflow required location to be installed will be selected utilizing guidelines published by the Mississippi State Department of Health.
