33 Miss. Code. R. 212-3.8 - Record Keeping
The District shall maintain records of the type, size and location of each backflow preventer installed in the system, when each backflow preventer is due to be tested, and the results of each test. Records shall be maintained for five (5) years from date of test and inspection.
