A request for a continuance of the hearing will be routinely granted if the request is received within ten (10) business days after the notice of the hearing is mailed. If the request for continuance is received beyond ten (10) business days from the date the notice of hearing is mailed, then the determination of whether to continue the hearing will be made by the Chairman of the Review Board. The Department will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of mail.
