Proposals will be evaluated and ranked with preference for approval based on the following factors:
1. Level of need;
2. Supporting or matching funds by government
or other grant awards;
3. Previous
grant approvals from this fund;
4.
The need for additional funding supplemental to this grant award in order to
complete the proposed project; and
5. Any other factors the Grant Committee
deems relevant.
