35 Miss. Code. R. § 11-1-109 - Edible cannabis products
"Edible cannabis products" means products that:
1. Contain or are infused with cannabis or an
extract thereof;
2. Are intended
for human consumption by oral ingestion; and
3. Are presented in the form of foodstuffs,
beverages, extracts, oils, tinctures, lozenges and other similar
products.
