35 Miss. Code. R. 11-4-102
A license shall not be renewed by the Department if:
1. Outstanding fines are owed to the
Department;
2. An owner or
individual with an economic interest has been convicted of a disqualifying
felony;
3. Renewal will result in
any person having a direct or indirect ownership or economic interest of
greater than ten percent (10%) in more than five (5) dispensary
licenses;
4. The licensed entity
owes delinquent taxes; or
5. The
licensed entity no longer meets all eligibility requirements for the issuance
of a dispensary permit.
