This regulation is to prescribe the method that will be used to determine the pro rata portion of tax revenues, collected under the authority of ยง 75-76-195, which will be forwarded to the counties and municipalities in the event a municipality annexes previously unincorporated territory. Note: This methodology would also apply if a municipality contracts it corporate limits.
