36 Miss. Code. R. 301-2.1 - Chairperson
The Executive Director of the Mississippi Office of Homeland Security, or his or her designee will be designated as Chairperson. The Chairperson shall preside at all meetings of the CSRB; co-sign all contracts, deeds and other instruments made by the CSRB when required by federal or state regulations; and perform all duties incident to the office of Chairperson and such other duties as may be prescribed by the CSRB from time to time.
