36 Miss. Code. R. 301-2.2 - Vice Chairperson
The Executive Director of the Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services, or his or her designee will be designated as the Vice Chairperson. The Vice Chairperson shall perform the duties of the Chairperson in the absence, incapacity, or inability of the Chairperson to act.
