37 Miss. Code. R. 1-6301-01001-210 - Harvest Permit
1. An
owner/operator of a motor vehicle may apply to MDOT to purchase an annual
Harvest Permit, which will entitle the vehicle to haul specified items from its
point of origin to a processing location. See Miss.Code Ann. ยงยง
27-19-81(4) and
63-5-33.
2. Harvest Permits are not valid on
Interstate Highways.
3. Harvest
Permits are not valid on low-weight roads and bridges.
