37 Miss. Code. R. § 1-7501-09002-350 - Visible/Visible from the Traveled Way
Capable of being seen without visual aid by a person of normal visual acuity in any season of the year from the main traveled way. The following criteria will be used in determining which signs have been erected for the purpose of their messages being read from the main traveled way.
1. Location of sign
2. Local terrain and physical
obstructions
3. Size of
sign
4. Angle of sign in relation
to controlled highway
5. Message
content
6. Distance from controlled
highway in relation to size of sign
7. Exposure time in relation to maximum speed
limit.
